COMMUNITY & EVENTS
A large part of what sets TCG apart is our vibrant and strong community. We believe that by creating close bonds with one another, we can work efficiently and smoothly with our clients. We often hold socials, ranging from retreats to brunches to basketball tournaments.
SPRING BANQUET
At the end of the year, TCG has a banquet to celebrate all our accomplishments from the year, say goodbye to the graduating seniors, and have fun!
TCG LADIES PICNIC
TCG Ladies (a sub-group aimed at empowering women in consulting) hosted a Saturday morning Charcuterie Boards & Potluck event at a local park!
WINTER RETREAT
TCG went to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs for two nights! We went hiking. explored the surrounding areas, played games, and got to know each other better.
RECRUITMENT
Fall 2022 and Winter 2023 recruitment saw a record amount increase in attendance and application submission. Our Associates cased, interviewed, and networked with 125+ students in both rounds. We admitted 25 students as Analysts per cycle, and have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them!
MENTOR/MENTEE
REVEAL
One of our favorite traditions has always been the Mentor-Mentee Reveal. Every new Analyst is paired with an Associate that acts as their mentor. This ensures a smooth transition into TCG, both professionally and socially. These relationships strengthen our community and continue on after graduation.
SENIOR SUNSET
We are immensely proud of our seniors and their hard work. To celebrate, we took advantage of La Jolla's beautiful beaches and host a senior send-off beach picnic. We catered food from Chipotle and painted the sunset.
REUNION
Before the academic year begins, we host a reunion! We told stories of our summers (internships, travel, work) and shared some good moments.
